Al & Margie Brandon raised Gouldian finches for about ten years, from the mid 1980's to the mid 1990's. We stopped due to some extensive house re-modeling. In the summer of 2007 we decided to return to raising finches. We bought excellent breeding stock to start our aviary. In the fall of 2008 we will have a limited number of young birds available for purchase. The colors that will be available will be varied. Below are some pictures of our breeding stock and some of the babies at 4 to 6 weeks of age.
